Bello Terra Golf Course, previously named Edwood Glen Country Club, is a Semi-Private, 18 hole golf course located in West Lafayette, Indiana.
The course first opened for play in 1928.
This course was built on rolling terrain. Water hazards come into play on several holes. The fairways are narrow and tree-lined, making shot accuracy a premium.
The signature hole is #14, a 507-yard, par 4, requiring an approach shot over a pond and a creek to the front of the green. The finishing hole is a 158-yard, par 3, which calls for a tee shot over a stream to the green.
White tees: par-70, 6,135 yards, 69.8 / 119
Red tees: par-75, 5,462 yards, 74.9 / 117

This is a lot of fun to play. I have courses I favor more than this one but for the price and enjoyment I get from it, it brings me back year after year, several times a year. A short course but some challenging holes. When the fairway and greens are mowed this course is great. That said, Wednesdays are best. This may not be a course for the "snooty", as it draws a lot of first timers and weekend hackers. That may be one of my favorite things about it.
